We've been in Italy for two weeks, and our lunch today is definitely in our top 3 meals. Beautiful restaurant with inside and outside seating. Excellent service. We can highly recommend the pork shank (huge), the soup with ravioli, the mixed salad (with ingredients from their garden), and the apple cake with ice cream. The chef really knows their flavors - the sides to the shank were perfect (veggies, croquettes, and fried polenta). If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a detour. Yum!!!
This place is a must while visiting St. Vigil. Menu is full of unique Ladenish dishes which you won't find anywhere else. I highly reccomend the deer tartare. Service is very friendly and professional. Multilingual waiters will tell you about every dish and explain secrets of Ladenish cuisine. The owner is very open and friendly. Very good restaurant specializing in classic Ladin dishes. The ambiance was very nice and the staff very friendly and professional. The deer tartar was exceptional. Also the fondue and the pork filet cooked in hay were very good. We enjoyed the experience.
